NEW PATIENTS
Your first visit, step by step
Allow 60 to 90 minutes.
- 01
Step 1: Request a visit
Use the form or call us. Tell us the days that suit you and whether you would like us to call, text or email.
- 02
Step 2: We check your benefits
If you have dental insurance, our front desk checks your plan before you come in and tells you what it says it covers.
- 03
Step 3: Your forms
Your health history and consent forms are in the practice's own secure portal, not on this website. Paper forms are at the front desk if you prefer.
- 04
Step 4: Your exam
Your dentist looks at your teeth and gums, takes X-rays if they decide you need them, and listens to what you would like to change or fix.
- 05
Step 5: Your plan, in writing
You leave with a written plan, your options and an estimate, and time to ask questions. Nothing starts until you decide.

Before you come in
What do I bring to my first visit?
Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID and a list of the medicines you take. If you have recent X-rays, bring them or ask your last dentist to send them.
Do I put my medical history on this website?
No. Our contact form asks for no medical details. Your health history goes on the forms in the practice's own secure portal.
Can you ask my last dentist for my records?
Yes. Give us the name of your previous practice and we will request your records, with your written permission, before your first visit.
Ready to request a first visit?
Tell us a good time and how to reach you. We will take it from there.
